2020 Parker Hess Memorial Tournament

Handicap Tournament for C level through B+ Level using the Ashland handicap system (see below)
Round-robin unless there are more than 14 entrants
If the above is the case there will be flights and finals
25 point games with handicap added at beginning.
Handicap to be determined by Tournament Director based on data, previous play and/or expected performance
Entry fee is $80 and will be one-half matched by MOBPA. $10 will go to the Ashland Billiard Fund. Money will be refunded do to illness.
