Entry Fee is $ 75.00 Including USBA/TBF Fee $25.00
Deadline for confirmed entry is November 28th which means your money is received or guaranteed with Ed Brasfield by that date. Two flights of 8 players will fill the tournament
Scratch play to 30 points, or 50 Innings WCF
The prize fund of $50 per entry will be split between the C/C+ and B/B+/A players based upon number of players in the two categories.
USBA Membership is required or pay $25 non-member fee *
Friday & Saturday Flight Play; Saturday PM Finals till complete

The Tacoma Billiard Federation Presents:

2015 USBA Dick Takano Memorial Open
• Standard USBA Rules of Play apply.
• Maximum entries will be 16 players.
• All games will be played to 50 innings or 30 points
• Innings will be accurately kept for each game by loser of the lag.
• The winner of the lag has choice of cue ball.
• Loser of the game is responsible for cleaning the table, winner must turn in balls and report score and innings immediately.
• There will be a “Finals” for the top finishers, two from each flight, from both categories, beginning immediately after flight play and continuing Saturday until completed.
• In the case of a Tie in the Flights, the results from the flight will determine which player advances. Wins, Losses, Head to Head, and most Points Scored will determine the Tie-Breaker. Same applies to Finals.
• If a player does not finish all his games, none of his games will be counted.
• There are two Prize Pools and High Runs in the tournament.
